What do you like most?
With our property being situated right in the energetic heart of Berlin, fast check-ins are crucial. HotelFriend’s integrated guest app has completely transformed our morning and evening rushes. Guests can complete their pre-check-in details securely before they step through our doors. Because the software seamlessly integrates local German passport and ID logging mandates, our reception team saves minutes per guest. The intuitive layout of the dashboard grid also makes training our seasonal front desk staff remarkably quick.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system updates its database frequently to maintain high security, which occasionally causes a brief loading lag on the room allocation grid if multiple receptionists are editing folio data simultaneously. A slightly more robust local caching mechanism would prevent this minor latency.
