What do you like most?
The add ons we can post upcoming events guest would be able to see if the Hotel has planned events before time. Think is generally user-friendly and makes managing reservations and daily hotel operations easier.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Our experience would be getting help in order for us to gain more bookings it is quite slow. Some assistance understanding the back end of Think as it requires additional learning, and improving the accessibility and clarity, as this would help us use the system more effectively.
