What do you like most?
Flexibility:- during the investigation stage, the application has to be reinstalled to a temp server and back to the original and only to realised it was due to the network vendor.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Support to cater for Singapore working hours. Eg, I want the testing to be arranged at 10am. However, it couldn't be done as the vendor will only be in office at 2pm.
