What do you like most?
I have worked with several other systems, each of which had its issues, before finally landing with Preno, with which I've been very happy since day one. The team is very responsive whenever I have an issue, and even incorporated several improvements that I've suggested. They are also very easy to work with and make this aspect of the business very pleasant.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system to generate invoices was one of my early issues with the product, but they have made changes to improve it, though it is still not quite perfect.
