What do you like most?
I love the booking engine and PMS system it helps our business to grow. We have been using Preno for the last 18 months and we are very much satisfied with the product and their service. Full integration with Xero for accounts and channel management has made our lives so much easier. Professional support teams who are there 24/7 are more than helpful in all aspects of customer service. This product is designed very well and very easy to use, the program keeps all the data of stayed guests which comes handy for returnee guests (save me a lot of time). I am extremely happy with PRENO, and I highly recommend this booking system to any accommodation service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is absolutely nothing. They take onboard any feedback given and let you know when the new features are available.
