What do you like most?
We are highly satisfied with Enso Connect as it effectively meets all our needs. While the platform is easy to use, it did require some learning to get started. However, once we mastered configuring the rules, conditions, and other settings, its power became evident. Enso Connect's rules-based configuration allows us to operate at scale across multiple regions without excessive admin time managing the platform. Customer support has been a highlight of our experience, especially with our dedicated account manager, Oskar. The team is consistently friendly and helpful, and we have been able to discuss ideas and plans for the product with the team to support our use of the software. Although we did encounter some reliability issues during the onboarding process, Oskar and the customer support team were diligent in addressing and resolving these problems, leading to a smooth experience since then. The pricing of Enso Connect is reasonable. We often make back the cost each month through the upsells feature, which adds great value to our operations. Overall, Enso Connect has proven to be a reliable and powerful tool for our needs, and I would recommend it to others.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The onboarding process was not entirely straightforward, however, after speaking to Francois and the team at Enso, we believe this has now been fixed after our feedback. We also had a few issues at the start with guests not receiving automated messages, but this was resolved promptly. Despite these minor issues, we feel that Enso Connect has had an overall positive impact on our business, and on the experience of the 2000+ guests we accommodate each month.
