What do you like most?
It is a great product and does what it is designed to do. The various add on products from Semper makes this an all in one solution for any hotel or guesthouse to effectively manage their business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Concerning the Cloud based version, I would love to have the two month birds eye view of reservations on the calendar. For only this reason I am not utilizing the cloud based version as the zoom in and out and inability to see a broader image is not appealing to me.
