What do you like most?
The service includes a Property managment system, Channel Manager and Website creation tool and is compatible with any device that can run an internet browser. There are other features as well for reporting and business managment. One of the biggest advantages we find over the system we used to use is that The Booking Factory is cloud based.We have found that the support provided is very good despite us being on opposite sides of the Planet.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some of the content generation for the Website and Email is less user friendly than the rest of the system. However works well once you become accustomed to it.
