What do you like most?
We've been working with Guest Chat for a number of years and have been extremely happy with them. After trialling another company that was full of promises but did not deleiver we found GuestChat to the opposite. Very simple to install and set up, its run like clock work ever since - super responsive to any updates we needed and dedicated to always improving their product. Designed by a hotelier for hoteliers :) Simple pricing structure that allows even the smallest of properties to provide additional tech to their customer communication flow.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I know Nima is working on the AI component which would allow the bot to scrape the information off our site to provide acccurate answers but in a more conversational tone. Looking forward to it !
