What do you like most?
The system is easy to use and provides me with all the information I need to make informed pricing decisions. LodgIQ also has a powerful forecasting tool that helps me predict future demand, which allows me to make proactive pricing adjustments. Shout out to the customer success as well as their support team. They are very responsive to my questions and concerns, and they always take the time to understand my needs and thoroughly communicate solution timelines. Since using LodgIQ, I have seen positive impact to my hotel's topline revenue. I am confident that LodgIQ is the best revenue management system on the market and I would highly recommend it toany hotelier looking to increase their top line.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Feedbacks have been given to optimize sensitivity analysis helping DOW / WOW / YOY comparison, which has been in the pipeline and will be deployed soon.
