What do you like most?
I liked the fact that it can be used in multiple ways, from your own marketing purposes, sharing info with Clients, to actually securing voice about good service to be heard.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I like the design, the functionality, the only thing in the future - maybe to divide for different departments within the hotel/resort, or other businesses - so we can closely monitor specific metrics.
