What do you like most?
Hotel Key is very easy pms for management and staff to navigate. We have used many pms, is this is by far the simplest to learn and use. Training does not take long and makes onboarding employees easy. The format is nice and user friendly. It's intuative. The mobile app is great. From your phone you can see your hotel stats. You can view check ins etc. For an independent hotel/motel - this is perfect. It has what you need.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When it comes to direct bill and AR, its not so simple. We needed to contact customer service several times to work on this. Additionally, the RMS side is very manual if you run promos on OTAs. You can not use any of the automated rate software, since they don't have a "rate center". This means you are manually loading discounts on otas and setting different rates for each ota and walk in rate etc.
