What do you like most?
Nightsbridge are wonderful to work with but despite several requests and a personal discussion at their workshop, Their quotation system is weak and very poor. Because of this i feel it may be worth exploring other channel managers.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When requesting a quotation for guests seeking multiple rooms. The system only gives the total of price for one room. This now means I need to add each rooms price on a seperate worksheet before giving a quote. Very frustrating and timeous in replying to guest on phones.
