What do you like most?
The biggest advantage of the app is that its communicating fast with the hotel operational system, and you don't need to use social media platforms for work related communication. The language is not relevant to use the app, since the employees just need to memorize color-codes. Clear follow up on maintenance issues. #housekeeping #maintenance #efficiency
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Would be nice to be able to synchronise the app with working schedules, therefore for example an maintenance issues would be received only for those who are on duty at the time of the issue registration. But its just a tip, we love the Sweeply!
