What do you like most?
ResNexus is an affordable option that has all that we need to operate our 20 room boutique hotel. It integrates with payment systems and Lightspeed restaurant. They usually respond to tech requests immidately.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The email marketing has been a frustration. They've been unable to integrate with MS Outlook and are not interested in fixing that.
