What do you like most?
At BluSalzz, we use MyCloud PMS and POS at all our properties. Being Cloud based, you can log-in from anywhere, only you need internet connection. MyCloud has a great support team, available 24/7; ready to attend and trouble shoot, particularly Pratishtha Arora, who looks after our account has been great help. Team is very fast in on-boarding property, providing training and making to live. Application is good for smaller and bigger properties, it has all functions including reports that required for a hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Currently MyCloud cannot be accessed on mobile, as it require a larger screen. Suggests to develop a mobile App. Currently training concentrates on FO, HK and Res functions only, Suggests to extend it to cover Configuration, Rate Loading and Reports, at least for persons that looks after at property level.
