What do you like most?
What I particularly like is the simplicity and therefore the user-friendliness of the PMS. It has all the functions we need and, thanks to the open API, can be quickly connected to our other systems. The system runs almost flawlessly and there are no downtimes, unlike what I have experienced with other providers. Even after five years of use, I am still very glad that we chose Apaleo.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It could still be improved with a few basics that are standard in other PMS solutions. For example, a search & merge function or the ability to set traces. These features, however, have to be added separately via the Apaleo Store from third-party providers.
