Ability to drill down and see the detail of the numbers in each line of the P&L. It is cost effective.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The financial reports should be pre-established and updated regularly by the provider. The cross-check process or reconciliation process has some area for improvement to ensure that TB balances are tied with Financial Statements.
