What do you like most?
Web Rez has been a wild ride for the last 7 years we've been open. The customer service has gotten a LITTLE better, but it's crazy how many techs don't know anything about their own system, and we usually end up solving problems on our own. The program itself is almost archaic in design, and not user friendly whatsoever. The real kicker? You use it for years, you get used to it, you deal with it -- then they change the ENTIRE thing to look completely different and you have to start all over again. I never thought I would beg for Opera, but here we are. Sorry WebRez. I keep trying to like you.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly, I don't understand why there's 10 different ways to get to the same result. The "most important" functions to me don't seem to be at top so it's annoying to find. And forget group functions. My property deals mostly with entertainment groups, so this is essentially all I do, and the group functions are BONKERS.
