What do you like most?
Having staff working in all areas of the hotel HELLO SHIFT has stopped the running down to locate staff. We can report problems in real time and get them fixed immediately. I appreciate the instant response in communication. ____ Prior review left by user: * I am the hotel Manager so I get real time updates on everything, this is awesome when I can instantly direct the staff on how to handle issues at the time *Utilizing different tabs, so easy to stay on top of up coming things and passing on important info to the team all at one time
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More reports I would like to see repeat issue, chronic issues, preventive work, etc. ____ Prior review left by user: * at this time I am very satisfied with the functions of helloshift. It works great so no complaints
