What do you like most?
We've been using Guestpoint for over 7 years as our reservations system. The systems reliability and user friendliness is second to none. Very efficient checkin process. Of more value though is the support from the team. Great relationships and always someone available if you need help, guidance or training on a feature. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Occasional maintenance upgrades in peak time are not ideal but are few and far between. other than that there is nothing we don't like.
