What do you like most?
Surprisingly pleasant and smooth on-boarding and launch of the entire booking engine. Absolutely seamless operation of the channel manager - everything is transcribed 100% and without errors. Fast and helpful support in Czech language. Starting cooperation with Profitroom was definitely a step in the right direction.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I can't think of anything that this company should improve. They do their job perfectly. All suggestions from our side are always immediately resolved to our satisfaction.
