What do you like most?
Gathers all relevant data on guests, past feedback, room requirements. The analytics help us in better understanding our guests and anticipate their needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There could be a better implementation into the PMS system, as the data collected by Concilio at the moment still need to be manually put into the PMS system. This leaves room for more mistakes or for information getting lost when it is not synchronized.
