What do you like most?
While using this platform at the front desk, it has helped our housekeepers to communicate and feel safe while working. The ability to navigate the system with ease from the app to the dashboard, makes it very user friendly and eliminates the question of where someone is when they are in need of help. Having an associate's Geo-location and the room level accuracy allows the team to act quickly and respond within seconds. Now that I am in management, I have the dashboard on my laptop and am able to ensure that our associates are safe. The solution is flexible enough that it protects all of the staff not just housekeeping. The best part in my opinion is the evidence gathering, it really eliminates he said she said and that is amazing! This is the future in hospitality safety!!!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is nothing to dislike about the product, all areas work as they are configured. The team really loves it! If you see this review, you should really look into ProSafe!!
