What do you like most?
I really love how intuitive and updated is this system, you can learn to use it so fast and easy. You can configure your screen in the way you want and like the most. New Book also have a Training mood where you can try doing different things in the system to know how can work and you don't mess up. I just love it
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When you process a payment and it is incorrect you are unable to void the payment the same time, you have to wait until the next day and then you have to refund the customer which you were trying to avoid. We should be able to avoid at the same time.
