What do you like most?
MDO has greatly assisted our company with reducing our carbon footprint and with helping us save money through the use of their MDO platform for electronic document storage. Customer service is fast and friendly. Leadership team is dedicated to continuous improvement with the platform and meeting our business needs through development of the software.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Roll outs and updates can be slow to come to fruition and seem to pose challenges with configuration to the development team- which leaving gaps and inefficiencies in our organization.
