Overall Cvent is a really good platform for any sales department in the hotel industry. Nevertheless the interface is somewhat confusing for some fellow employees and the contact to the customer sometimes is hard to define when a third party is involved.

What do you like most?
The possibility to set up a profile of your hotel with all different offers is a huge plus. With this software it is possible to reach out to more potential guests than by just trying to retrieve more customers through cold acquisitions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
-The interface is confusing to some people. -The overview of your RFP's is simple and pretty straight forward, however, answering the RFP's leads sometimes to problems, since customers intend to send their requests without reading what they just have sent, meaning the interface allows misunderstandings between guest and hotel.
