We have been using Go Moment for about four years now at our property and the instant communication is a huge plus and advantage for us in delivering in service. Communicating with our guests and exceeding their expectations is a directed reflection in revenue, service scores, and trip advisor for our property. Thank you for your support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At this time nothing. The group messaging is great, individual profiles are great and the overall display is great showing what is going on at all times.
