What do you like most?
Thank you so much for your Cloudbeds Support Team's great supports so far, especially during the tough Covid-19 pandemics. They have been our really good companion who knows how to listen their clients well, understand the difficulties of small businesses like us and give their hands to support us to survive by creating many flexible relief programs during the past year 2020. Hope we can recover our business in the new year 2021 to continue using Cloudbeds' excellent services in a long long time…
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Just a few thing: - Daily Revenue Report: add the function of filtering room types, service types. - Deposit amount: after modifying the total accommodation amount, we can't change the deposit amount. If it can be modified as well, it will more accurate and convenient for us - Email template of confirmed reservation: if we can separate the reservation policy from merge tag [table], it will be better for us, because we don't have the same policy of booking to all the OTA or travel agencies.
