Good iptv system but not the best for chromcast solution.

What do you like most?
Backend is easy to management. Reinstall tv or changing tv profile also not complicated. Had a report function like spent time on channel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Don’t have a basic function like can watch tv without checkin guest to room. Some hotel engineer or Housekeeping will check the room before guest arrival. Without guest checkin they cannot test the tv is working fine or not. Manually checkin is not a solution if we have 20 rooms waiting and need to manual 1:1 each room. Support also located in Europe. Several times I need to wait half of the day for get an answer. Implement team also not listened much on the customer network structure. They insist to follow their instruction. Even customer advice/concern the issue that can happen in future. Hard for the contact, only open the ticket and wait. If it need an urgent discuss like network issue between IPTV and network config. It would be better to contact via email or anything else. Chromecast system also not the best as it should be. Network said they the followed intruction but Zafiro suggest it came from config and traffic mdns. It should be nice to let both team discuss and fine the solution. Zafiro provide the consultant but it have a cost. (Facing issue cc name always missing, other rooms name showing)
