What do you like most?
Advanced technology ZEN RMS have able to do bulk updates supporting fluid rates changes and offer automatic price recommendations. This surely helps our hotel to forecast upcoming bookings demands and mitigate demand changes faster than competitor, especially on market recovery like right now.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Not much to add, really. What a great solution to support us recover faster than the competitors. One of value for money software to choose in the market.
