What do you like most?
The whole system is very intuitive and easy to use. You don't need to be a tech wiz to efficiently manage your bookings through Nightsbridge. If linked to PayBridge it becomes even easier! The payment process is seamless and efficient. As a property owner it is a dream and not nearly as costly as some of the other similar products on the market. The commision on direct bookings is also very reasonable, and the paybridge credit card transaction charges are almost nothing. The customer service is great, always willing to help and the tutorials are very informative. The interface is a bit old school but it has no effect on the functionality of the software. We have had some out of the ordinary requests from listing agents and all have been resolved fairly easily. Amending rates across multiple platforms is very easy and avoids any errors in pricing. The real time online booking also helps prevent any double bookings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The entire platform is very poorly optimised for mobile use. A majority of people, from our experience, view and book stays on their mobile devices (90-95% of our guests) and the Nightsbridge booking platform is not mobile-friendly for guests. Some information just doesn't display nicely and other information is not available at all from a mobile device (such as the booking calendar view). The booking page also only shows rooms that are available for the dates that a guest inputs, which can be confusing if they are looking for a unit that is very booked up as it never appears (even to show it's booked) and so guests assume it isn't listed at all. This leads to enquiries from frustrated guests that could easily be avoided if the unit simply poped up as booked. This is easly solved when viewing a property on a computer by clicking on calendar view that shows availability for roughly 14 days, but this view is not available on mobile at all. The app is also not compatible with all IPs, we are unable to use it at all from our IP address since the update a few months ago.
