From initial contact to the post stay feedback the CRM and guest messaging software is incredibly efficient and effective. The ability to track and analyze guest preferences has led to more targeted and successful communication strategies, significantly enhancing guest satisfaction.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The platform has good functionality and I'm happy using it. One thing that could be nice to have in addition is that the analytic parts would be extended with more information about certain patterns and so forth
