What do you like most?
Breezeway has made scheduling of tasks and task management almost entirely fool proof. The ability to gather, store and track SO much information has been a massive benefit for both our guests and owners. Guest needs are addressed much quicker now that we have Breezeway. Owner questions can be answered with a few clicks as opposed to spending time researching through work orders and text messages and such. The previous scheduling software we had before Breezeway was almost pre-historic. There was no way to look up any information or easily schedule anything. Now, all we have to do is go to the specific house we need information about and can find it with ease. I say all the time, I would not have stuck with my job for so many years if Breezeway hadn't come along. We have also found that our field staff prefers the app over paperwork 100 times over. We have really amped up how we utilize the texting feature over the last 2 years, and it has become a massive benefit. The way we look at it is you can text triple the amount of guests in the time it would take us to call 1 guest over an issue in the past. We especially like the text templates, as we get a lot of repeat questions from guests. Another thing that is sort of unique with our company is that we work really closely with the development team at Breezeway. Because of this, they hear our concerns and ACTUALLY address them to make the software more user friendly for us. They answer our questions immediately, and always make sure the product is functional for us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would like to see some improvements with the texting dashboard. This would include being able to separate the unread texts from ones that we have already read. We would also like to see the search function be improved (on the texting dashboard) as it is a little glitchy. The biggest updates I would like to see would be the ability to deactivate users but not delete them. This would mean that they don't show up in the list of potential assignees when assigning a task, but we could still go to manage people and find their info like we can when they are active. Secondly, I would like to be able to view a specific property in the app like we can on the desktop. If I could view the calendar from my phone, this would help a ton with after hours issues, and questions that come to me when I'm not in the office.
