How quick they always reply to us in a nice and helpful way - this is key to us although some issues are not yet solved (receipt sometimes to not reach out to Xero
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The issues that the help team need to delicate to a manager or the IT team / developer seems to take ages - this would be great to improve :)
