What do you like most?
Super easy to use and the customer service is excellent. The system is streamlined and I love how I didn't have to give up on my own reservation System (Semper).
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing I find frustrating is the emails I receive every day telling me to sync my Nights Bridge when I have already done so. Otherwise everything is great.
