great hotel e-shop, sales statistics, email campaigns, easy to use The system where the reception can send the guest a complete offer (price, hotel photo, cancellation ...) within 1 minute of receiving the request for stay (tel and email)
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
maybe live chat 12 hours/day, chat only 3-4 hours is not enough information about received deposits may not be part of the system, in our work it does not help us, we mark everything in our PMS
