It is a great tool which helps us yo identify our guest needs and deliver better services, in addition to measuring hotel reputation performance vs benchmark hotels in town and setting guidelines to achieve high score of satisfaction and get repeated guests
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
dashboard was better before and even the services included were friendly user than the new version, all you need to know should be kept in one page.
