What do you like most?
Tracking and management of bookings is straightforward and all in one place whether from our website or an OTA with Innkeeper's Advantage. Support is there if you need it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The staff is great to work with to clarify features of the system and to help work out problems if they occur. They recently added texting features for us that have been very useful to our guests and helpful to the innkeepers.
