What do you like most?
Safara makes everything so seamless for our guests. Upselling is inherent to the booking flow. No more linking off to other websites. The ability to make deep links for promotions and offers is second-to-none.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing I wish was seamless is the integration with The Guest Book - this is our loyalty program.
