What do you like most?
I can't imagine managing our business without it. From reservations, checkin, guest management, guest communication, a report for all data . Marketing is full service with email marketing campaigns, SEO management, market analytics - they do it all so professionally. Better than we could do it alone. The website that was built and is managed for us is so valuable to our business. The efforts of the Marketing Team have been very successful in driving both direct and online business. Their efforts with email and blog campaigns have high engagement rates and generate exceptional exposure and perception as well as additional revenue. RezStream is also very open to ideas, changes, improvements and always listens with an open ear a willingness to customize their product to suit our individual needs or point us in a direction to help us achieve the desired results.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
RezStream is continually improving the product. Perhaps more interfaces with accounting programs like Quick Books Online and other 3rd party applications. I've been with RezStream for before they were cloud based -- I've watched them do so many improvements! Its a continual process with the whole team! Good quality product with great, caring people on their team.
