What do you like most?
As a small hotel, like magic has allowed us to reduce our front desk hours without compromising on service—guests can still check in at any time thanks to the seamless, contactless check in process, which is very well received. Our housekeeping team is more efficient than ever, using the task tool to stay organized completely paperless. Guest communication is also smooth and easy: messaging, chat, hotel information, events, and the guest card are all available through the guest journey, providing a modern and intuitive experience. We've always felt heard and supported by the like magic team. Our requests are taken seriously, and the service has been consistently reliable. Overall, we’re very happy we chose like magic as a partner.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Booking engine with more infos; minimum stay or free rooms at a different time is not yet shown, which we hope will be introduced soon.
