What do you like most?
Nothing. The device still doesn't work after months. It's not functional or useful for everyday hotel use. It's a shame; I expected more.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
After months, the system still isn't working properly, and there's hardly any help available. I was promised the moon and nothing was delivered.
