What do you like most?
I’ve seen a great improvement in many aspects of my business since using RoomRaccoon. Guests now view my small business as far more professional, thanks to the system’s automation and communication tools. I really enjoy the dynamic pricing feature and RaccoonRev—it’s made managing rates effortless and effective. The upsell functionality and the ability to send guests professional emails, invoices, and other documents add a polished touch to every interaction. Overall, RoomRaccoon has helped elevate the entire experience for both me and my guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The implementation process would benefit greatly from allowing hosts access to a spreadsheet of their property data before import. This would make it easy to spot and correct issues with data quality before going live. RoomRaccoon relies heavily on guest email addresses, but these aren’t imported to an adequate level during setup. As a result, I’ve had to manually correct or add this information for each booking after go-live, which is time-consuming and unnecessary. A practical alternative would be to allow hosts to export and import spreadsheets at any time for bulk data updates. That flexibility would make data maintenance much faster and more accurate. It would also help if the Housekeeping add-on included in-room task sign-offs—simple checklists such as “clean the toilet” or “replace towels” that staff can complete while cleaning. This would make quality control more consistent and efficient.
