What do you like most?
I utilize Cendyn to gain knowledge about the market. It is essential for capturing more business. I love the amount of insight provided without having to be a creeper in other hotels.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think the reports could be more detailed. It would be helpful to have the customers information sent via an excel document, so that I can copy and paste easily to outlook for prospecting purposes. Additionally, having some templates ready, would also be awesome!
