What do you like most?
The realtime pricing tool is saving me a lot of time and it's also easy to keep track of competitors rates. It is also a very user-friendly system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
With a large congress & meeting hotel as well as Leisure periods intertwined throughout the year, we need to use the override functions quite regularly when we have large group blocks. It would also be helpful to be able to incorporate a discounted rate during campaign periods.
