What do you like most?
Unlike other technology providers, DATARIA allows me to "personalize" the technology to ensure it adds value to my daily life, always aligned with my goals and fully adapted to the diverse characteristics of my accommodations (in our case, a mix of room and apartment types). I also want to highlight their highly personal, unhurried onboarding process, with a team that listens and supports you.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To this day, I'm very happy with the entire technological solution. We can always request improvements that allow us to further customize analytics, which are extremely useful for our establishment. I'd like to highlight DATARIA's commitment to listening to our requests and suggestions and constantly updating the tool to provide us with the best results.
