Salter Brothers was pleased to partner with Liverton on the successful implementation of SmartCheck across it's AustralianAccor Portfolio (11 hotels) The automation of check in and check out has been very successful with over ~70% of all arrival and departures adopting the technology.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We worked closely with the Liverton technology team during implementation to deliver upsell and guest preference functionality to further enhance the arrival experience.
