Review of SALTO Systems

We bought cyclinder locks and they all started to slowly fail within 2 years. Salto customer service and the area manager didn’t help at . They came out very soon with a 2 nd generation lock an obvious fix to the faults to our locks . We would have happily paid the difference in the cost of the locks to have the 2 nd generation. The company didn’t offer anything £350 and each lock down the drain as well as hours of being called out to our bed and breakfast to fix problems. Much better alternatives on the market. Don’t waste your money here !!!

What do you like most?
Nothing, company treated us terribly. They told us to send the locks to them which we did. Didn’t hear anything from them and they didn’t return them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They should have offered an upgraded and replaced the faulty items. I would have paid the difference. Good customer service would help this company but sadly they don’t care. They think they have monopolise this industry but many have better reliable products on the market .
