What do you like most?
I really appreciate the 24/7 support feature in the OPS, especially the AI chatbot. It allows us to respond to guest questions at any time, providing an efficient, consistent experience. It’s reassuring to know that guests are never left waiting for a response no matter the hour.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Id like to see more options to customize automated messages. A few additional templates would make communication even more personalized for guests.
